What you’ll do:

Eaton’s Electrical Sector America - ARS/Fibrebond division is currently seeking a Plant Manager for its’ new manufacturing facility located in Little Rock, AR. This role is a critical member of the leadership team of the facility. Relocation assistance is available to candidates currently residing in the US. 
 
In this role, you will build and lead the leadership team for a greenfield manufacturing location. You will have an opportunity to drive strategic and operational initiatives including Plant P&L, growth strategy, and direction of the team to meet and exceed short and long-term business goals. You will foster an environment of engagement and inclusion for all employees and act with advocacy, empathy, and accountability.
 
Fibrebond, an Eaton company, designs and manufactures pre integrated modular buildings and power enclosures that protect mission critical equipment for data center, industrial, utility, and communications customers. Headquartered in Minden, Louisiana, Fibrebond is known for its engineered to order solutions that support complex infrastructure projects across North America. In 2025, Fibrebond was acquired by Eaton, expanding Eaton’s modular solutions portfolio while preserving Fibrebond’s strong engineering expertise, customer focus, and manufacturing operations in Louisiana. 
 
What you’ll do:
•    Develop short- and long-term plans in alignment with the strategic plan and annual profit plan objectives to drive superior operational performance and financial results. 
•    Lead the operational management team and functional staff including Quality, Finance, OPEX, Environmental Health & Safety, Human Resources and Supply Chain.
•    Establish objectives and drive Key Performance Indicators across the organization ensuring continuous improvement across all balanced scorecard indicators.
•    Emphasize utilization of Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing tools (Kaizen, VSM, 5S+) to lead cost improvement analysis and implement actionable, measurable plans.
•    Establish and manage inventory to profit plan, driving improved and sustainable processes; execute the Supply Demand Planning (SIOP) process, driving ownership and collaboration across all stakeholder groups; generate forecasts that meet customer expectations and profit plan objectives.
•    Champion a workplace focused on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) to drive a zero-incident safety culture.
•    Focus on Quality, early detection and escalations across the site to reduce cost, drive efficiency and ensure compliance.
•    Create a culture of exceeding customer expectations, ensuring that the organization is highly responsive to customer needs and issues.
•    Demonstrate the ability to be innovative by developing and implementing creative solutions to complex problems, fostering a culture of innovation within the team, and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
•    Partner with Human Resources to drive talent management, learning, communication, and development strategies.
•    Champion and advocate for a winning plant culture aligned with the Eaton Culture Model 

Qualifications:

Basic (required) Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution 
•    10+ years of experience with progressive levels of accountability and responsibility in roles focused on manufacturing, supply chain, finance, OPEX and/or related support functions in a manufacturing environment.
•    5+ years of manager of people experience 
•    Must be able to travel 75% to Minden, LA for training during the first 18 months in role.

Preferred Qualifications: 
•    MBA from an accredited institution 
•    Previous experience opening/launching a greenfield manufacturing facility 
•    Plant P/L leadership experience with strong business acumen 
•    3+ years of experience as a manager of managers

•    Sound judgment and an ability to prioritize and/ or de-prioritize based on situation variables
•    Effectively drive and manage change, challenges the status quo and champions new and innovative ideas.
•    Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization (shop floor through senior leaders) and to external customers. 
•    Ability to manage large-scale projects with high visibility 
•    Proven ability to influence and work effectively across all levels in a highly matrixed environment
•    Ability to build and maintain well-informed, cohesive and high performing cross-functional teams
