If you love working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in keeping things running like clockwork, we want to meet you.

About the Role

As our Patient Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of the front office — the first smile patients see and the steady hand that keeps our schedule, billing, and supplies on track. You'll balance empathy with efficiency, making every patient feel welcome while keeping the day moving smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Greet patients with a warm, professional, polished demeanor
  • Check patients in, making sure all info is accurate and up to date
  • Collect co-payments and check patients out
  • Balance and close out registers daily
  • Juggle a busy front desk with confidence — ringing phones, walk-ins, and scheduling, all at once
  • Schedule appointments and call to confirm upcoming visits
  • Flag issues to the Office Manager when needed
  • Jump in wherever the team needs support

What You Bring

  • Reliability — able to arrive by 7:45 am for our 8:00 am opening, every day
  • Flexibility to be reached before/after hours when needed
  • Ability to pass a credit check
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A cool head under pressure and sharp multitasking skills
  • Confidence balancing registers and handling detail-heavy work
  • Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone
  • A commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct
  • Strong computer skills — Eaglesoft or Denticon experience a plus
  • Top-notch organization and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dental front desk experience preferred, but not required — we're happy to train the right person!

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Competitive pay
  • Full health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Paid time off
  • A supportive, team-oriented culture at a growing practice
