Area Coach

Lead multiple Pizza Hut locations to success by coaching teams, developing managers, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Support and develop General Managers across multiple stores
• Achieving store performance goals 
• Conduct store visits and evaluations
• Ensure execution of  brand standards and policies
• Lead recruiting and staffing efforts for assigned stores
• Identify training opportunities and deliver leadership coaching

Requirements:

• Previous multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• High level of accountability and integrity
• Able to travel between store locations
• Data-driven mindset with operational knowledge
• Flexible schedule availability
• Valid driver's license 
• Pass background check
