This role requires strong communication skills, close collaboration with hiring managers, and the ability to source high-quality talent. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical environment and will play an integral role in managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding functions.   Essential Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with candidates, internal stakeholders, and leadership at all levels of the organization. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding. Source qualified candidates for industry specific roles using sourcing tools, Boolean searches, and outreach strategies. Facilitate requisition approval process with the appropriate, designated stakeholders. Develop and present competitive employment offers that align with internal equity, market conditions, and candidate experience. Develop and maintain recruitment KPIs. Manage agreements and relationships with 3rd Party Staffing partners. Other duties as assigned   Requirements for Effective Performance: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding) in a manufacturing environment. Professional certification preferred, but not required (SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI-PHR/SPHR, ADP AIRS, etc.) Intermediate / advanced understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Proficient in the Microsoft Suite applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) Effectively facilitate 15 requisitions at any given time Occasional travel to Minnesota   Skills/Abilities/Specifications: Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, employment laws, and recruitment compliance requirements. Expertise in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing methods. Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with workforce planning and business objectives. Possess technical aptitude to understand high-level refrigeration technologies, manufacturing operations, and engineering functions. Demonstrated ability to communicate with teams across the organization. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to source candidates utilizing Indeed Smart Sourcing and AI platforms.   Behavioral & Environmental Requirements: Maintain a positive work attitude. Zero Zone expects all employees to behave and communicate in a manner which will facilitate good relationships with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors. Safety toe shoes and safety glasses are required while in production areas. Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk throughout the office and production areas; have use of hands and fingers to use a computer, telephone, and other office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
