He is looking for a dedicated person to provide him with support both in the home and in community. Responsibilities include but are not limited to… encouraging him and participating in community activities together, exploring his interests and hobbies, and working on independent living skills. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, very enthusiastic and have a bubbly or outgoing personality. Someone that can assist with finding new activities and have the ability to get him motivated to try new things. Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.  Schedule: To Start….Once a week, on Mondays. Roughly 9am to 1pm, times are flexible. Pay rate: $23.00 Plus mileage and staff activity fee reimbursements.   Qualifications Must have a valid drivers license  Effective communication and organizational skills required. Flexibility with assignments and schedule required. Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time. Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred. Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.
