Position SummaryÂ
The Cloud Infrastructure Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise cloud infrastructure services across a multi-cloud environment. This role provides strategic and technical leadership for cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure as the primary platform, with integration across AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Â
The position plays a critical role in shaping the organization’s future cloud landscape, ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives. The Cloud Infrastructure Manager will oversee cloud governance, security, and operational excellence, while managing a Cloud Architect and key infrastructure transformation initiatives.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Cloud Strategy & ArchitectureÂ
Define and execute the enterprise cloud infrastructure strategy aligned with business and IT prioritiesÂ
Lead the design and architecture of scalable, resilient, and secure cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCPÂ
Drive adoption of cloud best practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated deployment modelsÂ
Contribute to the development of cloud landing zones and enterprise architecture standardsÂ
Platform Management & OperationsÂ
Oversee administration and lifecycle management of cloud infrastructure platforms including compute, storage, networking, and container servicesÂ
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise cloud servicesÂ
Manage monitoring, logging, and observability using tools such as Azure Monitor, Sentinel, and equivalent multi-cloud solutionsÂ
Provide technical oversight for issue resolution, incident management, and root cause analysisÂ
Security, Risk & ComplianceÂ
Implement and enforce cloud security frameworks including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and security policiesÂ
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR and CMMCÂ
Manage Azure security governance including Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Azure PolicyÂ
Partner with the Corporate IT Cybersecurity team to maintain strong cyber security posture across all cloud environmentsÂ
Cloud Migration & TransformationÂ
Lead planning and execution of cloud migration initiatives, including tenant-to-tenant migrations and workload modernizationÂ
Establish best practices for data and object migration strategiesÂ
Support enterprise initiatives related to cloud adoption, digital transformation, and platform optimizationÂ
Financial Management &Â OptimizationÂ
Drive cost management strategies to optimize cloud spend and improve financial accountabilityÂ
Implement governance processes for resource utilization and cost transparencyÂ
Partnership & GuidanceÂ
Work with Business Unit engineering and marketing teams responsible for cloud infrastructure delivery and operationsÂ
Provide direction and guidance on technical standards, prioritization, and project executionÂ
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellenceÂ
Project & Vendor ManagementÂ
Manage cloud and infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to business goalsÂ
Apply structured project and demand management methodologiesÂ
Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providersÂ
Stakeholder EngagementÂ
Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersÂ
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, security, and business unitsÂ
Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and standards for cloud governance and operationsÂ

Qualifications & ExperienceÂ
Education & CertificationsÂ
BS/BA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Â
Relevant certifications in:Â
Microsoft Azure (preferred)Â
AWS and/or GCP Solutions ArchitectureÂ
ITIL or equivalent service management frameworksÂ
Required ExperienceÂ
Proven experience in cloud architecture, engineering, and operations across multi-cloud environmentsÂ
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure, including governance and security frameworksÂ
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as ARM templates, Terraform, and CloudFormationÂ
Experience managing cloud-based workloads including virtual machines, Kubernetes, storage, networking, and databasesÂ
Demonstrated experience in cloud migrations (including tenant-to-tenant scenarios)Â
Strong background in cloud identity and access management and security best practicesÂ
Experience with monitoring, logging, and security tooling in cloud environmentsÂ
Preferred ExperienceÂ
Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Entra ID, Intune, and collaboration toolsÂ
Familiarity with Copilot for Microsoft 365Â
Experience in vendor management and contract oversightÂ
Experience developing enterprise cloud governance frameworks and documentationÂ
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex infrastructure programsÂ

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $127,200.00 - $190,800.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.Benefits Package
