The Project Coordinator position supports the Safety and Training Department. Â

Core Responsibilities:Â
Â
- Working with operations personnel and Texas811 GeoCall to complete data entry for locate requests.
- Working with operations personnel to obtain permits for locate requests when required.
- Perform continuous creation, maintenance, and updates of excel documents to track locate requests, no responses, DigUps and updates and remarks.
- Assisting with submission of documentation to the Learning Center when required.
- Assisting with various new hire orientation onboarding duties when required.
- Assisting with various additional tasks as they arise within the Safety & Training Department when required
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to effectively communicate with multiple departments.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a project team.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
