Provide courteous parking and vehicle assistance to veterans and visitors. Responsibilities include receiving and parking vehicles, issuing claim checks, securely handling keys, retrieving vehicles promptly, monitoring designated parking areas, and completing daily activity reports.
Qualifications:
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- At least two years of driving experience.
- At least six months of healthcare valet parking experience.
- Must pass fingerprinting and a federal background investigation.
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, park, and retrieve vehicles safely.
- Issue claim checks and securely store vehicle keys..
- Monitor designated parking areas and report safety concerns.
- Record daily vehicles parked and hours worked.
- Follow VA traffic, safety, security, and uniform requirements.
- Report accidents, vehicle damage, or lost claim checks immediately.
