Specific Job Duties:
No more than 30 hours a week.
Weekend Hours - Option of 1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift
Thursday - Saturday - 8 or 10 hours shifts
Or
Friday & Saturday - 12 hours shifts
- Maintain adequate supplies at the press (tape, bags, components). Do not overstock.
- Place empty racks at the press and remove full racks and place in proper WIP location.
- Accurately place all parts in proper locations, inside and out.
- Supply product to secondary equipment.
- Take partials from WIP and take to press to be filled when applicable.
- Assist team members with labeling racks and removing/replacing poles.
- Assist team members with cell set up during mold changes.
- Bring snow covered racks in from outside and clean (when appropriate).
- Pull product for sorts.
- Supply team members doing sorts with product and adequate supplies.
- Create space for overflow.
- At end of shift collect all dirty/defective bags from presses and empty trash.
