Sonic Summary

The Center for Spirituality (CFS) is seeking a Student Assistant to help with various tasks such as errands, mailings, and library work.
The position involves assisting with event logistics, including setup, greeting attendees, and livestream support for hybrid events.
Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with Zoom or similar technologies, with a willingness to learn if necessary.
Experience in video or photography is preferred but not mandatory.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should ideally have at least one year of relevant experience.

Description:

Assist with errands, mailings, photocopying, posting fliers, mail pick-up, answering telephone, greeting visitors, and library work. Additionally, the Center for Spirituality (CFS) Student Assistant will assist with CFS event logistics (e.g., assisting with event set up and take down, greeting attendees, and assisting the livestream of hybrid events).

Qualifications:

Dependable, attentive to detail, self-starter, competent and comfortable with Zoom and similar streaming technologies (or a willingness to learn). Familiarity with video or photography is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Schedule:

Standard Office Hours Range (between 8-5 Mon-Fri)
