The Revenue Performance and Controls Analyst is responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and governance processes. This role involves conducting audits, analyzing financial and operational data, identifying risks, and recommending improvements to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Essential Functions:
- Plan and execute internal audits in accordance with the audit plan; can include, but not limited to audits for time card fraud, mis-use of funds, and/or incorrect application of revenue Â
- Evaluate internal controls, business processes, and risk management practicesÂ
- Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of operational riskÂ
- Perform testing of financial, operational, and compliance controlsÂ
- Monitor and follow up on remediation of audit findings
- Analyze data using audit tools and software to identify trends and anomaliesÂ
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve control effectivenessÂ

Stay up to date on regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and best practices

Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldÂ
- 1–3+ years of experience in internal audit, public accounting, or related fieldÂ
- Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA)Â
- Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit methodologiesÂ

Knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and regulatory environments

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracyÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlinesÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit/data analysis tools (e.g., ACL, Tableau, Power BI)Â
- Strong organizational and documentation skillsÂ
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.Â
- Base salary range: $72-80k.
- This position is eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
