✨ Work on Events the World Talks AboutÂ
At Arena, we turn bold ideas into unforgettable experiences. Our teams design, build, and deliver world‑class event spaces for global names like Formula 1, the Ryder Cup, and the PGA Tour — and we do it on some of the biggest stages in the world.
With projects across the US, UK, Middle East, and Asia, you’ll gain hands‑on experience, work with industry experts, and see your work come to life in real time. If you’re looking for a fast‑paced environment, real responsibility, and the chance to be part of something exciting from day one, Arena is the place to grow your career.
Â
You’ll Love This Role
- Ownership of the whole marketing picture for the Americas — strategy, budget, brand, demand gen, digital, content, and trade shows — with the backing of a global brand behind you
- A role for someone who loves both strategy and craft: you'll set the plan and still open InDesign to make the work look as good as what we build
- Some of the best source material in marketing — F1 paddocks, Ryder Cup hospitality, PGA Tour structures — and the job of showing the world how it comes together
- A hands-on leadership seat: one direct report to develop, outside partners to direct, and a President who wants a true partner in how the brand shows up
- Influence that reaches inside the company too — you'll help shape our employer brand and what it feels like to work at Arena
Â
️ How You’ll Support the Structure
You'll lead marketing strategy and execution across the Americas, shaping how clients, partners, and future employees experience Arena. Here's what that looks like:
   Set the strategy
- Develop and execute an annual marketing strategy and budget that supports Arena Americas' revenue goals and stays true to Arena Group's global brand direction
- Measure what matters — campaign ROI, lead generation, web analytics, brand health — and adjust the plan based on what the numbers tell you
   Own the brand
- Be the guardian of the Arena brand across the Americas, making sure every campaign, asset, and communication meets our brand guidelines and visual identity standards
- Design and produce polished marketing assets yourself — sales collateral, proposals, presentations, brochures, digital graphics, signage, and trade show materials
   Drive demand
- Partner with the sales team on demand generation, from campaign planning and lead nurturing through pipeline reporting
- Run our digital presence across multiple markets: website content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social channels
   Tell the story
- Build content and thought leadership — case studies, project spotlights, photography and video — that shows off the scale and quality of what we build
- Plan and deliver our presence at trade shows, industry events, and client hospitality experiences, from concept and creative through on-site execution
- Collaborate on public relations, drive internal communications, and stay in step with global marketing counterparts in other regions
Lead the team and the partners
- Lead and develop one direct report — set clear goals, coach performance, and build a collaborative, accountable working relationship
- Select and manage agencies, freelancers, printers, and vendors; negotiate contracts and hold every partner to our brand and quality standards
The Foundation You Already Have
We're looking for a marketer who thinks like a strategist and works like a designer — someone who can present a plan to executive leadership in the morning and finish the deck's layout in the afternoon. You'll be a strong fit if you bring:
- 6+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years leading a marketing function or team
- Real graphic design chops — proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or comparable tools, with a portfolio of professional marketing materials to show for it
- Experience managing a brand across multiple markets or regions, ideally in a global or matrixed organization
- A strong B2B marketing background spanning demand generation, digital marketing, and sales enablement
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and web analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you're comfortable presenting to executive leadership and representing the company externally
- Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, and vendors
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to approximately 15%)
Bonus Points If You Have These
- Experience in live events, event structures, exhibitions, hospitality, construction, or equipment rental
- Video production, motion graphics, or photography skills
- Experience with trade show and experiential marketing programs
- An MBA or advanced degree in a related field
- Bilingual English/Spanish
