Position: Ag Banker, VP
Location:Ā Oakes, North Dakota
Position level, officer designation, and salary dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

•  Ā Ā Initiate new agricultural banking relationships and grow existing ones through proactive sales calls, community engagement, and collaboration with Starion colleagues

•  Ā Ā Manage and administer agricultural loan portfolios using diligent, data-driven practices

•  Ā Ā Ensure compliance with all bank policies, credit standards, and regulatory requirements

•  Ā Ā Maintain a strong understanding of local agricultural businesses, community initiatives, and national economic trends

•  Ā Ā Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate financial solutions


Qualifications:

•  Ā Ā Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, agriculture, animal science, Ā or a related filed

•  Ā Ā Knowledge of credit, compliance, and regulatory standards preferred

•  Ā Ā High level of self-awareness and sound decision-making ability, with the skill to communicate decisions clearly.Ā
