Job DetailsJob Location: Oakland - Oakland , PAEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeTravel Percentage: None**No C2C option for this role** Only candidates in the Pittsburgh are will be considered We are seeking a Database Administrator / ERP Administrator to support and maintain our enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment. This role will be responsible for managing ERP-related support requests, troubleshooting system issues, coordinating escalations, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the ERP platform. Experience with Munis is strongly preferred; however, candidates with administration experience supporting other ERP systems will also be considered. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical and analytical skills who can effectively support end users, manage system issues, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve business processes. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related support tickets and user requests. Review, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP system issues when possible. Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate vendors, support teams, or internal resources as needed. Monitor ERP system performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with end users to understand system challenges and provide timely resolutions. Assist with ERP system maintenance, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities. Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and issue resolutions. Support data integrity efforts and assist with reporting and data management initiatives. Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, human resources, and other business units to support ERP functionality. Participate in projects involving ERP enhancements, integrations, and process improvements. Qualifications Required Experience supporting, administering, or troubleshooting an ERP system. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with ticketing systems and end-user support. Preferred Experience with Munis ERP. Experience supporting other ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Infor, JD Edwards, or similar systems. SQL knowledge and experience writing or troubleshooting queries. Understanding of database concepts, data management, and reporting. Experience working with ERP integrations and data imports/exports.
