The IRA Cycle Counter II is responsible for performing accurate cycle counts of component and finished goods inventory, including inventory located at high elevations, within warehouse, shipping, and production areas. This role supports inventory accuracy goals (99%) and contributes to overall warehouse efficiency and product availability.Ā 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ā 

  • Routinely cycle count inventory as directed by the Warehouse Management System (WMS)Ā 
  • Use RF scanners to accurately input inventory data into WMSĀ 
  • Operate forklift reach trucks to access and count high-level inventoryĀ 
  • Accurately verify Handling Unit (HU) quantities and batch numbersĀ 
  • Perform ā€œsearch and rescueā€ tasks to locate lost or misallocated inventoryĀ 
  • Rotate and retrieve product to consolidate space and minimize storage needsĀ 
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any safety hazardsĀ 
  • Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by executive managementĀ 
  • Maintain reliable and consistent attendanceĀ 

Education and Experience:Ā 

  • High school diploma or equivalent requiredĀ 
  • 6 months to 1 year of forklift reach truck experience requiredĀ 
  • Comfortable working at high elevations (stock pickers, high racking)Ā 
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience using RF scanning equipment preferredĀ 
  • Basic clerical skills: reading, writing, typing, and spellingĀ 

Physical Requirement:Ā 

  • Must weigh under 400 lbs. and be no taller than 6’10ā€ to operate stock pickersĀ 
  • Ability to work at heights and handle physical warehouse tasks as neededĀ

Qualifications
  • Valid experience operating forklift reach trucks (minimum 6 months to 1 year)Ā 
  • Comfortable working at high elevations on stock pickers or elevated platformsĀ 
  • Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems preferredĀ 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory countingĀ 
  • Basic clerical and communication skillsĀ 
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for long periodsĀ
