Job Title:

• HVAC Maintenance Technician

Location: Ocala, FL 
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation and customer comfort. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and enjoys building lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on air conditioning and heating systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify wear, leaks, or potential issues.
• Replace or clean filters, inspect electrical connections, and verify refrigerant levels.
• Communicate maintenance findings clearly and professionally to customers.
• Recommend repairs or system improvements to enhance performance and energy efficiency.
• Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation and reports.
• Ensure company vehicle, tools, and equipment are maintained in safe working order.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction, reflecting Kabran’s core values.
• Adhere to all company, safety, and industry standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
