Job DetailsJob Location: Cone Distributing Inc Ocala - Ocala, FL 34482Salary Range: $21.00 HourlyPosition Summary The Non-Alcoholic Merchandising & Cooler Delivery Representative is responsible for the delivery, installation, maintenance, and retrieval of soda coolers and the execution of non-alcoholic Point of Sale (POS) and Point of Purchase (POP) marketing materials throughout the assigned territory in both Ocala and Tallahassee. There will be biweekly overnight stays in Tallahassee for up to three business days (Every other week). This role works closely with the sales team to ensure customers receive exceptional service while maximizing brand visibility, with a primary focus on Red Bull products and other non-alcoholic beverage brands. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Deliver, install, relocate, and retrieve soda coolers at retail customer locations in both Ocala and Tallahassee. Inspect coolers to ensure they are clean, operational, and properly branded. Coordinate cooler placements with sales representatives and retail accounts. Install and maintain Point of Sale (POS) materials, including signs, displays, price cards, shelf talkers, and promotional materials. Build and maintain Point of Purchase (POP) display racks to maximize product visibility and sales for both Tallahassee and Ocala and communicate these with the Sales Team. Execute Red Bull merchandising standards and promotional programs according to company and supplier expectations. Ensure all Red Bull displays are stocked, organized, and compliant with merchandising guidelines. Assemble promotional displays and special event materials as needed. Track cooler inventory, placements, and equipment movement. Complete required paperwork and electronic documentation accurately and on time. Maintain professional relationships with retail customers and provide outstanding customer service. Communicate equipment issues, damaged displays, or customer concerns to management promptly. Operate company vehicles safely and comply with all DOT and company safety policies. Assist with warehouse or special merchandising projects as assigned.   Work Environment Daily travel throughout the assigned territory in both Ocala and Tallahassee. Frequent interaction with retail customers, sales representatives, warehouse personnel, and management. Occasional overtime, weekend, or holiday work may be required based on business needs. QualificationsQualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to operate a box truck, van, box trailer or other company vehicle safely. Previous delivery, merchandising, or beverage industry experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic smartphone or tablet proficiency for inventory and route management. Physical Requirements Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance. Push and pull loaded coolers using proper equipment. Bend, kneel, climb, squat, and reach throughout the workday. Stand and walk for extended periods. Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
