Salary Range: $30.00-$40.00 USD hourly *Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual’s related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location. What you will be doing: The Marketing Associate/Driver will provide support across marketing initiatives, event activations, sponsorship programs, and company vehicle operations. This role will assist with market research, marketing asset management, and consumer sponsorship activities while playing an active role in the planning and execution of events and shows. The position will also be responsible for the transportation, preparation, and maintenance of company vehicles and event materials, as well as supporting event setup, breakdown, and attendee engagement. Responsibilities: Marketing Support: Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support planning and strategy. Assist with organizing and maintaining marketing assets and shared resources. Support product launches by preparing collateral and tracking deliverables. Assist with Consumer Sponsorship program maintenance and management including asset delivery and follow-ups. Event Logistics: Safely load, transport, and unload vehicles using specialized car hauler trucks to designated events, shows, and exhibitions. Plan and manage routes to ensure timely deliveries, meeting event schedules and deadlines. Ensure proper care and handling of all vehicles, including securing, inspecting, and maintaining the equipment used in transportation. Assist with pre-event planning, including gathering materials, organizing inventory, and preparing event collateral. Assist in the setup and breakdown of event displays, including vehicle staging, booth setup, banners, and other promotional materials. Engage with event attendees, representing the company by answering questions, providing information on vehicles, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Work closely with the events and marketing team to ensure the smooth execution of shows and exhibitions. Participate in the cleanup and transport of materials and vehicles post-event. Vehicle Maintenance & Documentation: Conduct regular pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer to ensure road safety and compliance with all regulations. Maintain accurate travel logs, vehicle condition reports, and expense records. Report any issues or mechanical concerns with the vehicles and equipment promptly to the maintenance team. QualificationsRequirements: Valid Class A driver’s license Demonstrated proficiency in safely operating a commercial vehicle with a manual transmission Ability to work nights and weekends Must be familiar with and utilize company management systems such as E-mails, Teams, Expensify, Egencia, and Paycom Work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing and customers of Magnaflow What you need:  Ability to handle vehicles safely and efficiently, with knowledge of best practices for transporting high-value items. Physical ability to assist with event setup, which includes lifting, assembling, and dismantling displays. Excellent customer service and communication skills; friendly and professional demeanor at public events. Experience in event logistics, car shows, or automotive exhibitions. Must be able to sit and stand intermittently, climb stairs or ladders, operate hand trucks and dollies, lift up to 50 pounds with or with out accommodations. Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics or automotive industry experience. Passion for cars, automotive events, or motorsports.
