Job Description:

Quevera is seeking a Senior Software Developer – Full Stack with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support mission-critical programs in Fort Meade, Maryland.

In this role, you will design, develop, test, integrate, and maintain full-stack software applications within a secure enterprise environment. You will work across front-end and back-end systems, improve existing applications, develop system interfaces, and support the implementation of reliable software and security solutions. You will also collaborate with technical teams and Government stakeholders to address operational requirements, system vulnerabilities, and software performance needs.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain full-stack software applications and supporting utilities. 
  • Develop and enhance front-end interfaces, back-end services, and system integrations. 
  • Review existing software and recommend improvements to performance, usability, and maintainability. 
  • Translate technical and operational requirements into software designs and solutions. 
  • Develop interfaces that retrieve and exchange data between systems, applications, and tools. 
  • Integrate commercial, Government, and custom-developed software within enterprise environments. 
  • Identify software vulnerabilities, deficiencies, and performance issues and assist with developing effective solutions. 
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration plans, software enhancement plans, and other engineering documentation. 
  • Support software testing, quality assurance, implementation, and deployment activities. 
  • Estimate software development requirements, timelines, and resources. 
  • Collaborate with Government stakeholders, developers, system administrators, and other technical teams. 
  • Provide technical guidance, review the work of other team members, and assist with evaluating software products and solutions.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • An active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. 
  • Senior-level experience designing, developing, testing, integrating, and maintaining software applications. 
  • Experience supporting both front-end and back-end application development. 
  • Experience developing system interfaces and integrating software within enterprise environments. 
  • Experience with software testing, debugging, documentation, and quality assurance. 
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams and communicate technical findings and recommendations to Government stakeholders. 
  • All experience and education must be in a technical field directly related to the labor category. 
  • Candidates must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:
    • High school diploma or GED and twelve (12) years of relevant experience. 
    • Associate degree and ten (10) years of relevant experience. 
    • Bachelor’s degree and eight (8) years of relevant experience. 
    • Master’s degree and six (6) years of relevant experience. 
    • Doctorate degree and four (4) years of relevant experience.
