Job DetailsJob Location: Ogden, UT 84404Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 HourlyJob Shift: Morning/AfternoonJob description We are looking for an energetic self-starter who is interested in helping us grow our quickly expanding retail operation. We need someone with a positive attitude, a track record of honesty and integrity, and the ability to manage other employees. This position is a management role at one of our retail locations in northern Utah. This position would be available in Logan, Ogden, Layton, or Midvale UT depending upon what works best for the candidate. This will start as a full-time management position with a competitive benefits package. This position would be responsible for learning all processes from the ground up. Cashiering, customer service, opening and closing a store, inventory management, and managing other employees. Schedule would be flexible and can be catered to the individual candidate. The Goal of this position is an immediate management role, with on-the-job training to grow within the company. Job Responsibilities Learning all positions in the organization (cashier, stocker, team lead etc.) The recruiting and continual training of an efficient team of 15-20 employees. Bringing new ideas and implementing processes that help in reaching the financial goals of the company and increase the satisfaction of store patrons. Gaining a deep understanding of the companies POS system. Resolving customer, and employee grievances. Daily opening and closing procedures. Cash handling, Other responsibilities pertaining to the day to day operations of a retail establishment.
