ELS is hiring for the position of Wait Staff in Okeechobee, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Use suggestive selling to increase sales and enhance the guest experience
Enter orders correctly into the POS system
Prepare and deliver drinks promptly
Handle payments and provide accurate change
Maintain full accountability for cash and transaction accuracy
Deliver friendly, courteous, and enthusiastic customer service

Required Experience & Skills

At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Physical ability to Llift up to 50 pounds
Remain mobile and work at a fast pace for shifts up to 8 hours
Must be 18 years of age or older
