Job DetailsJob Location: OKLAHOMA CITY, OK 73111Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: DayJob Category: BankingGeneral Definition:              The Drop and Count Attendant is responsible for the count of monies and tickets in the count room and the reconciliation of the counts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. Essential Job Functions:   Performs duties as assigned to Drop and Count Team Operations Accurately counts and records daily cash receipts from various revenue producing venue. Conducts all aspects of the drop and count process, including documentation verification, currency bundling, and reconciliation of totals, along with other related duties as assigned. Maintain and observe compliance with Title 31, MICS/TICS, and internal control protocols; performs periodic audits to ensuring adherence to established standards. Maintains accurate accountability of all funds, ensuring strict adherence to security requirements during transfers, counts, and verifications. Coordinates with other departments or vendors regarding gaming floor changes impacting the drop/pull process, machine access, or related activities. Maintains all records, reports, and other required paperwork in the cage and count room division of the Finance Department. Enters various data, reconciles all totals to the Master Summary. Performs other duties as assigned. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required A minimum of six (6) months year of cash handling experience, preferably in cage, count, or related casino or hospitality operations. A minimum of one (1) year of casino, cage, count, guest services or hospitality operations experience required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:   Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; ability to maintain accurate documentation and records. Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to follow detailed procedures with accuracy and precision. Ability to work collaboratively with peers, staff, and regulatory agency personnel. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work a flexible and irregular schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment   Licenses/Certifications/Other:   Must be able to pass a background check and receive a license or permit from any Regulatory Agency, if applicable to perform the essential job functions Must be able to complete pre-employment drug test with a negative result Training:        Must be able to pass Title 31Training Physical Requirements:   The physical demands and work environment characteristics described are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
