About the FP&A Internship As an FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Intern at Flywheel Energy, you will work at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy—supporting the analytical work that informs how Flywheel allocates capital, measures performance, and plans for growth. You will work with real financial data on a company executing at scale, not building models in a vacuum. You will work alongside high-performing teams, gaining hands-on experience and real accountability from day one. This is not shadow work—what you produce flows into actual operations.
