About the Role
Bolt Management is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team at Edmond at Twenty500 Apartments, a 160-unit apartment community in Edmond, OK. You'll be the go-to person keeping units, amenities, and common areas safe, functional, and looking great for residents. If you like variety in your workday — one minute troubleshooting an AC unit, the next hanging a door — this is a great fit.

What You'll Do
  • Complete work orders for in-unit repairs: plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, doors/locks, drywall
  • Perform unit make-readies (turns) between resident move-outs and move-ins
  • Maintain community common areas, amenities, and curb appeal (light landscaping, pressure washing, pool area upkeep)
  • Respond to and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues; know when to call a licensed vendor
  • Inspect and maintain fire/life-safety systems and schedule repairs as needed
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance
  • Keep maintenance shop, tools, and inventory organized and accounted for
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily/apartment experience preferred but not required)
  • Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Valid driver's license
  • HVAC certification (EPA 608) a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule
  • Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Rotating on-call for after-hours emergencies
