Oklahoma City Indian Clinic is seeking a Training Coordinator! This position is responsible for coordinating training initiatives focused on Lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and operational process improvement. This role supports organizational efficiency by helping staff develop problem-solving, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement skills. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and passionate about helping teams improve processes that enhance patient care and operational effectiveness. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Develops training curricula based upon identified organizational needs. Schedules and manages certification training sessions. Create training schedules, track and create reports on outcomes of all training, and maintain training records for the company. Gather and evaluate information from employees and management regarding prior training to identify weaknesses and areas that require additional training. Attend seminars and meetings to learn new training methods and techniques, and use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future training sessions. Market company training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation. Inform employees of scheduled training and track their progress. Recommend training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house training equipment and facilities, and manage the budget set for training. Seek and gather information from management, employees, and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and constantly seek to improve Measure employees' information retention rates by issuing assessment tests and quizzes on the course materials Create printed and instructional materials for training. This could include, but is not limited to, printed and electronic training. Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training of employees Assist in planning, creating, and implementing each year's training courses and materials. Qualifications Must align with OKCIC vision, mission, and core values Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Training Coordinator, Manager, or Supervisor. Experience in a virtual training or learning environment preferred. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification required. Demonstrated ability to identify training needs and develop and deliver effective curriculum. Ability to facilitate both large and small group training sessions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred.
