JOB PURPOSE

The Regional Sales leader will be responsible for the oversight, service, and growth for Right to Bear for the region assigned. The Regional Sales Leader will be expected to have great expertise with the organization’s products and services. One will assess each client’s needs to implement more effective sales techniques specifically tailored to each group of clients. Success in this position will be demonstrated by your ability to achieve or beat the established revenue targets set by the organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Grow facility relationships in territory
  • Recruit key instructors, firearms enthusiasts and good sales leaders to join team Right to Bear
  • Sell Right to Bear memberships in your facility partners classes
  • Grow brand awareness for Right to Bear
  • Provides reports on statistics to Strategic Director & VP of Sales
  • Outlines efficient sales strategies
  • Responds to regional client needs with solutions from the company
  • Leads training sessions on company product offerings and sales techniques
  • All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous management experience
  • Proven record of excellence in sales and training
  • Specialized knowledge of self-defense products
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Great collaborative and time-management skills

WORKING CONDITIONS


This is a remote position. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is subject to a typical office environment, including heavy PC and phone usage. Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours. Overtime may be required based on workload. Additional training may be required based on business needs.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Heavy PC and phone usage. Sitting for long periods of time. Occasionally lifts from floor to waist up to 10 pounds, carries up to 10 pounds and walks or stands. 




DIRECT REPORTS


Must be 18 years or older.
