This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and services to children and families, promoting school readiness and fostering a supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the management and administration of Head Start program operations at satellite locations. - Collaborate with the Head Start Director to implement strategic plans and program goals. - Supervise and support staff, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. - Monitor program performance and outcomes, utilizing data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement. - Facilitate professional development and training opportunities for staff to enhance service delivery. - Engage with families and community partners to promote program awareness and participation. - Ensure the maintenance of safe and nurturing learning environments for children. - Oversee budget management and resource allocation to optimize program effectiveness. - Address and resolve any operational challenges or issues in a timely manner. - Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and respect among staff, families, and stakeholders.QualificationsRequired Education: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
