Passionate about fitness and helping others live healthier lives? The YMCA is seeking a Part-Time Healthy Living Coordinator to support our health and wellness programs, lead fitness activities, and create an exceptional member experience. 


*Starting at $13.00 per hour


 POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead group exercise classes and personal training sessions.
  • Assist members with fitness consultations and wellness goals.
  • Support scheduling, training, and communication for fitness staff.
  • Help coordinate wellness programs, clinics, and special events.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming wellness environment.
  • Build positive relationships with members, volunteers, and staff.

Requirements

 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR, AED, First Aid, and O2 certifications (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Group exercise and/or personal training experience preferred.
  • Health, fitness, or exercise science education preferred.
