Our community specializes in caring for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Location 8300 N May Avenue Oklahoma City, OK 73120 Conveniently located off of Lake Hefner Parkway south of Britton on N May Avenue in Oklahoma City Position Overview The Life Enrichment Assistant helps plan and lead activities that support residents’ emotional, social, cognitive, and physical well-being. This role works closely with residents throughout the day and helps create a warm, engaging environment throughout the community. This is a part-time position. Please note that weekend availability is required. Responsibilities Lead and assist with daily activities, events, games, crafts, music, exercise, and social engagement Encourage resident participation and build positive relationships with residents and families Support outings, special events, and holiday celebrations Assist with activity setup, decorating, organization, and cleanup Help maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the community Work collaboratively with caregivers, nursing staff, and leadership Adapt activities to meet the unique needs of residents living with dementia   Why Join IRIS?
