This position provides overall support to the Talent Acquisition Department and customer service to all internal and external customers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or Education preferred

Experience: Three to six months of administrative experience in Human Resources

or

High School Diploma or GED

Travel: up to 25%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports Recruiting projects and initiatives in multiple areas.
  • Provides customer service to internal and external customers (i.e. applicants and current employees).
  • Supports the recruitment process (posts open positions to external recruitment sites, schedules phone screens, schedules onsite interviews as needed, administers candidate assessments, schedules and updates Applicant Tracking System.
  • Support other Talent Acquisition Partners in  high school and college recruitment as needed.
  • Supports the processing and tracking of ACE program candidates
  • Demonstrates approachability and ability to collaborate with others and effectively influence.
  • Demonstrates an acceptance of the company culture (adhere to the company's core values) and an adoption of professional standards.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
