Responsibilities
- Â Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for infantsÂ
- Â Implement age-appropriate lesson plans (provided for you through our curriculum)Â
- Â Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, and nap schedulesÂ
- Â Ensure a clean, organized, and safe classroom
- Â Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members
-  Support each child’s individual development, including social and emotional growthÂ
- Â Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Â Experience working with infants in a childcare or early childhood setting (preferred)Â
- Â A genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children
- Â Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Â Patient, reliable, and attentive personalityÂ
- Â Ability to create a calm, responsive, and engaging environment for infants
