Protective Industrial Products (PIP), a leader in global safety, is looking for a reliable and safety-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our North America Operations at our 850,000 square foot distribution facility located in Olive Branch, MS. 

 

JOB SUMMARY

Are you looking for a fast paced, fun team of skilled technicians that make the best safety equipment in the PPE industry?  Our Warehouse Operations team is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include the functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. The team is also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.   

You will need to clean and keep the aisle free of loose boxes and other materials while also keeping shelves, the pallet area and workstations neat at all times.   

You will be trained in ensuring you understand unit measurement and being able to apply measurements to customers’ specifications and inspect shipments to deliver correct order fulfillment. 

Picking products neatly and cutting boxes according to specified details, building pallets with orders and positioning them in loading docks will also be part of your daily routine.

You will communicate with your production teammates if you have questions, ideas or improvement suggestions and provide feedback in a professional manner. 

You possess reliable time management and organizational skills and help fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
