Starting Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 / hour + Opportunities for Raises Every 6 Months with plenty of room to grow!

Ready for a meaningful career change? You don’t need prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a specialized medical background to launch a successful clinical path. Whether you come from early childhood education, daycare teaching, caregiving, special education support, retail, customer service, or hospitality—your patience, energy, and heart for helping others are exactly what make a great Behavior Technician!

Galliant is hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No prior ABA or medical experience required—we cover 100% of your training and certification!

How We Invest in You

  • Competitive Starting Pay: Earn $19.00 – $20.00/hr to start, backed by clear performance and compensation evaluations every 6 months to grow your base income.

  • 100% Paid RBT Certification: We cover all costs for your 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) coursework and national BACB exam within your first 8 weeks.

  • 100% Center-Based Role: Say goodbye to wear-and-tear on your vehicle, unpaid drive time, and traveling between client homes. You report to one consistent clinic facility every day.

  • Predictable Daytime Schedule: Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday. No nights, no fluctuating shift gaps, and no weekends! (Occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).

  • BCBA-D Owned & Led: Work directly alongside supportive, accessible BCBAs in a clinical culture designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn.

  • Full Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO accrual, paid holidays, 401(k), life insurance, and disability coverage.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Implement individual therapy plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and foster functional communication.

  • Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun, clinic environment.

  • Digital Data Collection: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and write objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Diverse Backgrounds Welcome: Great for candidates transitioning out of daycare centers, early childhood education, school paraprofessional roles, DSP/CNA caregiving, medical assisting, retail, or hospitality!

  • Education & Prerequisites: High school diploma, GED, or higher.

  • Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily clinic travel.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and maintain strict safety protocols.
