Job Summary: TitleCore National (TCN) is seeking a bilingual and skilled individual to join our team as a Bilingual English/Spanish Escrow Closer. The Escrow Closer will be responsible for managing and facilitating real estate transactions in both English and Spanish, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service for our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in both English and Spanish languages.

Essential Functions:

  • Demonstrate Company Core Values.
  • Manages the closing process for residential real estate transactions, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Reviews and prepares closing documents, including settlement statements, closing disclosures, deeds, and other paperwork, in both English and Spanish.
  • Communicates with clients and stakeholders in both English and Spanish to collect necessary documentation, obtain signatures, and address any questions or concerns regarding the closing process.
  • Coordinates with title examiners, underwriters, and other internal teams to resolve any title issues or discrepancies that may arise during the transaction process.
  • Schedules closing meetings and coordinates with all parties involved to ensure a smooth and successful closing experience, providing interpretation services as needed.
  • Disburses funds and oversee the recording of documents with appropriate county offices following closing, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Fosters and sustains strong, strategic relationships with clients, lenders, and industry partners through consistent in-person and electronic engagement.
  • Maintains consistent in-person attendance and active engagement in all sales meetings and business development activities within the assigned office.
  • Consistently participates and attends additional events as directed by management, serving as a professional representative of the company and fostering relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Consistently executes all assigned prospecting tasks for active files, including client outreach, referral partner follow-ups, customer experience calls, and timely documentation of all customer interactions. 
  • Participates in company- sponsored events as assigned by management.
  • Provides exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in both English and Spanish in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintains accurate records and documentation of all transactions, ensuring proper indexing and filing for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Assists with training and mentoring junior escrow staff members as needed.
  • Stays current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to real estate transactions and escrow procedures.
  • Demonstrates company core values; trustworthy, international, authentic, innovative and inclusive.
  • Reasonable and reliable attendance and timeliness when reporting to work and completing work.
  • Interacts and works well with others at all levels within the organization. 


Education/Experience/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience as an escrow closer, processor or in a similar role, preferred. 
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required. 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with escrow software and tools preferred.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing real estate transactions and escrow procedures.
