This position is responsible for maintaining and improving ACN-owned and operated facilities through preventative maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and coordination with outside contractors. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance and repair projects across multiple ACN locations. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues involving basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general facility systems. Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure facilities remain safe and operational. Coordinate and communicate with specialized contractors and service providers when needed. Monitor facility conditions and identify areas requiring repair or improvement. Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance work and projects. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility-related emergencies. Assist with facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards. Prioritize multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines. Travel between ACN worksites as needed.
