Our team-driven culture values leadership, accountability, and community involvement. We're looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations and drive the park's success.

Position Overview

The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the park, including operations, staff leadership, guest satisfaction, safety compliance, and financial results. This role requires a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to jump in (literally and figuratively).

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily park operations, including safety, guest experience, and facility standards
  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and lead a team of managers and hourly staff
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and local regulations
  • Manage budgets, labor costs, and financial performance to meet revenue goals
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively
  • Develop and execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and energetic park environment
  • Lead by example with a strong presence on the floor during peak hours

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of management experience (hospitality, entertainment, retail, or restaurant preferred)
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with scheduling, labor control, and P&L management a plus
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Comfortable in a physically active environment
