Shift: 7:00am-5:30pm

Position Overview:
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating 1 or multiple machines to fabricate sheet metal into usable parts. Ā This could include running a press brake, precision laser cutter, or assisting in the deburr process. Ā The ability to read and interpret engineering prints and provide input/program the above machines will help you be successful in this position.Ā
In this function you will:
ā¢ Ā Ā Reference engineering prints or drawingsĀ
ā¢ Ā Ā Input program parameters into machineĀ
ā¢ Ā Ā Operate a press brake, laser cutter, and/or assist in deburring process
ā¢ Ā Ā Operate a forklift to move raw material
ā¢ Ā Ā Use precision measuring devices to verify correct materialĀ
Qualifications:
Required:
ā¢ Ā Ā High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
ā¢Ā Ā Minimum 1 year of CNC Machine Operator experience

ā¢ Ā Ā Prima Laser experienceĀ
Position Criteria:
ā¢ Ā Ā Be willing and able to stand for up to 8 hours per day
ā¢ Ā Ā Must be able to read a tape measure to the 1/16ā
ā¢ Ā Ā Be willing and able to lift 35 pounds on a regular basis
ā¢ Ā Ā Previous experience with blueprint reading or schematics will serve you well
ā¢ Ā Ā Familiarity with Precision measuring devices, Calipers and Micrometers
ā¢ Ā Ā Understand and recognize different gauges of mild steelĀ
