Manager, Consulting Services (REMOTE)
Location: Remote (U.S. only) | Employment Type: Full-Time | Reports To: COO
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Manager, Consulting Services to lead consulting engagements, build client relationships, and drive growth within our cellular therapy consulting practice. This role oversees consulting projects from proposal through delivery while managing and developing a network of expert consultants.
What You’ll Own
- Lead client consulting engagements and serve as the primary client contact.
- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and consultant assignments.
- Identify new business opportunities and support consulting practice growth.
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop consulting professionals.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and events as needed.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical and/or technical aspects of cellular therapy.
- Strong project management, client relationship, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Master's degree.
- Experience in consulting, healthcare services, or business management.
- Knowledge of healthcare accreditation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary:Â $98,790
- Generous paid vacation and sick leave with progressive accrual, starting at 8 hours per month each
