JOB SUMMARY 

Handles all reception for medical clinic. Adheres to principles of service care and the philosophy and mission of Burgess Health Center in all aspects of job performance. Able to communicate effectively with customers and all members of the health care team. Able to perform a variety of duties characterized by frequent change. Must have general working knowledge of computers and department-specific software. CPR required. CPR must be completed within three months of date of hire. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

Education: High school graduate or equivalent.

            Experience: Experience in office procedures, typing, and use of office machines required.

Alternative to Minimum Qualifications: On-the-job training may be substituted for previous training and education
