The Staff Pad has partnered with a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center in Ontario, CA, to recruit a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for its Pomona, CA location. This role offers the opportunity to support quality dental care in a busy clinic while working alongside an experienced healthcare team.

Schedule: Full-Time | Tuesday through Saturday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures
  • Assist the dentist during procedures by passing instruments and suctioning
  • Sterilize and organize dental instruments and supplies
  • Take and develop dental radiographs
  • Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
  • Maintain dental supply inventory and assist with equipment upkeep
  • Support a positive, welcoming patient experience

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

  • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
  • Completion of required state licensing and exams
  • Current CPR certification
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Knowledge of dental equipment and terminology
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
