Xtreme Aviation is looking for a Stock Room Clerk to support the request, control, and movement of parts, tools, and materials. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in accurate inventory and quality work. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Process material movement requests accurately and on time. Maintain accurate stock levels to help ensure materials are available for maintenance events. Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Maintain current shelf-life information throughout the stockroom. Issue approved parts, tools, and materials to authorized maintenance personnel. Keep accurate records of tools and materials issued and returned. Generate Lost Tool Reports for tools that are not returned. Inspect tools to help ensure they are safe and serviceable for use. Maintain control of broken tools and report issues as appropriate. Maintain inspection and calibration records for tools requiring calibration. Control access to the stockroom and its contents to authorized personnel. Identify, tag, and segregate material or parts that do not meet applicable quality requirements. Notify the Stores/Materials Manager of shortages of materials or parts needed for required work. Inspect aircraft parts, supplies, and equipment received from vendors for accuracy and completeness. Fulfill requests for aircraft parts for Xtreme Aviation. Package and properly document parts shipments for customers and vendors. WHAT YOU NEED Minimum of three (3) years of practical experience in the work being performed. Ability to understand, read, and write English. Computer proficiency, including basic word processing, inventory sheets, and email management. Knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and stocking practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work. Ability to manage multiple assignments while priorities change. Dependability, good attendance, and commitment to completing assigned tasks. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Self-motivated and able to identify areas that require attention. Teamwork attitude and ability to work effectively with others. Strong problem-solving skills. Clear and effective communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Perseverance and motivation. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without mechanical assistance. Ability to bend, twist, squat, and lift. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to access aircraft maintenance areas of the hangar. Ability to work in areas exposed to high levels of noise.
