Qualifications
⢠Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent
⢠Additional formal education and/or training is a plus
⢠5 plus years work experience in a manufacturing environment required
⢠Working knowledge of and experience of production flow and processes
⢠Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
⢠Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop effective teams without directĀ
control
⢠Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skill
