What You’ll Do As our Maintenance Technician II, you’ll independently perform a variety of maintenance and repair duties, including: Troubleshooting and completing repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems Responding to work orders efficiently and professionally Assisting with apartment/unit turnovers Performing preventative maintenance and property inspections Maintaining curb appeal, grounds, and common areas Supporting emergency and on-call maintenance needs as scheduled Working alongside vendors and assisting less experienced team members when needed What We’re Looking For You’ll thrive in this role if you are: Self-motivated and dependable Skilled at troubleshooting and problem-solving Comfortable managing priorities independently Customer-service minded and professional Experienced in general maintenance and repair work Qualifications 2+ years of maintenance experience required Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Trade certifications or specialized training are a plus Physical & Work Environment This is an active, fully on-site role that includes lifting, climbing ladders, working outdoors, and navigating multi-story properties.
