About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, patient-focused Specialty Treatment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

In this role, you’ll work closely with specialists (oral surgery, implants, endo, etc.) and play a key role in helping patients understand and move forward with more complex, high-value treatment.

You will:

Guide patients through specialty treatment plans with confidence

Build trust and help patients feel comfortable with advanced procedures

Coordinate schedules for specialists and keep the schedule productive

Help patients maximize insurance and understand financial options

Play a direct role in case acceptance and practice growth
