Our client, a leading supplier of collision repair equipment with 36+ years in the industry, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Collision Sales Territory Manager to drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with collision centers, dealerships, and automotive service providers. This role requires a working understanding of the collision repair industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the collision repair and automotive service industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our client's equipment and services to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand business relationships.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Provide post-sale support and follow-up to strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in collision repair, automotive equipment, or industrial supply.
  • Working knowledge of collision center operations and equipment. Candidates currently calling on body shops (paint, sealers, clips and fasteners, equipment) are strongly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, comfortable managing your own schedule in the field.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory for customer meetings and industry events.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Compensation

  • Six-month salary guarantee of $70,000–$90,000 depending on experience, with the opportunity to extend.
  • Transitions to 100% commission at 22% of gross profit on every sale. Top performers in this market have historically earned well into six figures.
  • Full-time W-2 position. No hard quota.
