Randall Mechanical is currently seeking qualified CommercialSheetmetal Superintendents to work on large projects in Orlando andacross Central Florida to the east coast.

Position Summary
We areseeking an experienced Sheet Metal Ductwork Superintendent to lead fieldoperations on large-scale commercial HVAC projects. This role is responsiblefor overseeing ductwork installation, managing crews, coordinating with projectteams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Theideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of sheet metalsystems, proven supervisory experience, and a commitment to high-qualityworkmanship.

Essential Functions
- Supervise and manage field installation of commercial ductwork systems onlarge-scale projects (hospitals, high-rises, data centers, industrialfacilities, etc.)
- Coordinate daily activities of sheet metal crews, subcontractors, andvendors
- Review drawings, specifications, and project schedules to plan workactivities
- Ensure installations meet code requirements, project specifications, andquality standards
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Operational Staff to maintainproject flow
- Monitor productivity and manpower requirements; adjust staffing as needed
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance on all job sites
- Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and design discrepancies
- Track progress and provide regular updates to project leadership
- Assist with material procurement and inventory coordination
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control standards

Experience Required
- 5–10+ years ofexperience in commercial HVAC ductwork installation
- 3+ years in asupervisory or superintendent role
- Strongknowledge of sheet metal fabrication, installation methods, and airflow systems
- Ability toread and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
- Provenexperience managing large crews on multi-million-dollar projects
- Solidunderstanding of construction scheduling and sequencing
- Excellentleadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiaritywith safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Proficiencywith construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements
Thisis primarily a Shop or Field Jobsite job. You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, andlift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, seeand respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protectivegear.
