RANDALLConstruction's Electrical Division is seeking is seeking experienced, strategic, andsafety-driven Electrical Superintendents to lead field operations acrosscommercial electrical construction projects throughout Orlando and CentralFlorida. The ideal candidate is a proven construction leader with extensiveexperience overseeing large-scale electrical projects, managing multiple fieldteams, driving productivity, and ensuring safe, high-quality project executionfrom preconstruction through closeout.

PositionSummary:

TheElectrical Superintendent is responsible for the overall leadership, planning,coordination, and execution of electrical field operations. This role overseesmultiple Foremen, Lead Electricians, and field personnel while partneringclosely with Project Managers, General Contractors, Owners, and other projectstakeholders. The Electrical Superintendent is accountable for workforceplanning, project safety, quality control, schedule performance, materialcoordination, and overall field productivity.

Thisposition serves as the senior field leader for assigned projects and plays acritical role in delivering successful outcomes while developing future fieldleaders within the organization.

Essential Functions:

• Provideoverall leadership and direction for electrical field operations on one ormultiple commercial construction projects.
  
• Superviseand support Electrical Foremen, Lead Electricians, and field personnel toensure successful project execution.
  
• Developand manage workforce plans, manpower forecasts, and labor strategies to supportproject schedules and company objectives.
  
• Collaboratewith Project Managers and Operations leadership to establish project goals,milestones, and execution plans.
  
• Reviewproject drawings, specifications, schedules, budgets, and contracts to ensurefield execution aligns with project requirements.
  
• Leadproject startup activities, site logistics planning, workforce mobilization,and construction sequencing efforts.
  
• Monitorproject schedules and proactively identify risks, delays, conflicts, andresource constraints.
  
• Coordinatemanpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and vendors across multipleprojects and job sites.
  
• Conductregular jobsite visits to evaluate safety, productivity, quality, housekeeping,and workforce performance.
  
• Ensureall work is performed in compliance with NEC requirements, local codes,customer specifications, and company quality standards.
  
• Leadproject coordination meetings with owners, general contractors, inspectors,vendors, engineers, and other trades.
  
• Monitorlabor productivity and project performance metrics while implementingcorrective actions when necessary.
  
• Supportestimating, preconstruction, procurement, and project planning efforts asneeded.
  
• Overseeinstallation quality, commissioning, punch list completion, turnover, andproject closeout activities.
  
• Conductsafety audits, enforce OSHA regulations, and champion RANDALL's safety-firstculture.
  
• Mentor,develop, and evaluate Foremen and emerging field leaders to strengthenorganizational capability.
  
• Assistwith workforce recruitment, retention, succession planning, and employeedevelopment initiatives.
  
• Promotecontinuous improvement, operational excellence, accountability, andprofessional trade craftsmanship throughout the Electrical Division.
  

Desired Qualification Requirements andAttributes:

• Bilingual(English & Spanish)
  
• JourneymanElectrician License (where required) or equivalent verifiable experience.
  
• Minimumof 12-15+ years of COMMERCIAL electrical construction experience,including 5+ years in a Superintendent, General Foreman, Senior Foreman, orequivalent leadership role.
  
• Extensiveexperience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, aviation,education, multifamily, hospitality, or mission-critical construction projects.  Large scale, 10M+ projects.
  
• Oversightof large 40+ electrical crews.
  
• Demonstratedsuccess overseeing multiple electrical crews and field leadership teamssimultaneously.
  
• Strongknowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), applicable building codes, andcommercial construction best practices.
  
• Provenability to manage project schedules, labor productivity, logistics planning,and field execution strategies.
  
• Abilityto read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, electricalschematics, one-line diagrams, and project schedules.
  
• Strongunderstanding of construction sequencing, pull planning, resource allocation,and project controls.
  
• Experiencewith construction management software, digital project documentation, workforceplanning tools, and mobile technology.
  
• Exceptionalleadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  
• Strongbusiness acumen with the ability to balance safety, quality, productivity, andprofitability objectives.
  
• Excellentcommunication, presentation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder managementskills.
  
• Validdriver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  
• Abilityto pass all required pre-employment screenings, including background check anddrug screening.
  
• OSHA30 Certification required; OSHA 500, NCCER, or other industry certificationspreferred.
  
• CPR/FirstAid Certification preferred.
  
• Highlevel of integrity, accountability, professionalism, and leadership presence.
  
• Customer-focusedmindset with a commitment to project success and relationship development.
  

Physical Requirements:

Thisis primarily a Shop or Field Jobsite job.  You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, andlift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, seeand respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protectivegear.
