We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and professionalism to our clients. Responsibilities: Perform precise take-offs and pricing using statistical data, material price lists, and labor costs. Collaborate with project coordination staff/ownership to confirm bid submissions and ensure accuracy. Provide conceptual estimates based on specifications, drawings, quantities, and preliminary data. Support the estimating process by performing related duties as needed. QualificationsWork Authorization Requirements Must be eligible to work in the United States Qualifications: Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documentation effectively. Proficiency in mathematics, formulas, and calculations. Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines efficiently. Exceptional problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues promptly. Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience with onscreen take off(OST) or Planswift estimating software is a plus. This position offers a competitive salary based on the candidate's skill set and experience, with a bonus program available. Experience: Construction estimating: 2 years (Preferred); additional training provided for suitable candidates.
