HDQ Director of Training:

Are you a visionary leader passionate about building world-class training programs and driving operational excellence? We are seeking a dynamic Director of Training & Compliance to shape the future of learning across our U.S. operations. In this high-impact role, you will influence strategy, elevate workforce capability, and ensure we deliver a best-in-class experience for employees, customers, and partners.

Essential Job Functions

  • Design and lead innovative training strategies aligned with regulatory, industry, and global standards
  • Champion a culture of compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization
  • Partner with executive leadership to influence operational performance and workforce development
  • Oversee and evolve the Learning Management System and all training content to ensure modern, engaging delivery
  • Drive compliance excellence by ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and regulatory adherence
  • Lead cross-functional projects that enhance training effectiveness and operational performance
  • Collaborate with global teams to bring best practices and innovation to the U.S. business
  • Build strong partnerships with station leaders and trainers to ensure consistent execution nationwide

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in training, compliance, or operational excellence
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex challenges
