In this high-impact role, you will influence strategy, elevate workforce capability, and ensure we deliver a best-in-class experience for employees, customers, and partners.

Essential Job Functions

Design and lead innovative training strategies aligned with regulatory, industry, and global standards
Champion a culture of compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization
Partner with executive leadership to influence operational performance and workforce development
Oversee and evolve the Learning Management System and all training content to ensure modern, engaging delivery
Drive compliance excellence by ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and regulatory adherence
Lead cross-functional projects that enhance training effectiveness and operational performance
Collaborate with global teams to bring best practices and innovation to the U.S. business
Build strong partnerships with station leaders and trainers to ensure consistent execution nationwide

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in training, compliance, or operational excellence
