- Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, Joint Commission, and applicable regulatory standards
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality metrics and performance improvement initiatives
- Coordinate inspections, audits, accreditation activities, and corrective action plans
- Analyze quality data and drive evidence-based decision making
- Partner with laboratory leadership, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes
- Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
- Mentor and develop laboratory team members through education, coaching, and quality-focused leadership
